Samurai App is calculated at its minimum monthly price (18,800 JPY base fee + 1,000 JPY of credits). The base fee does not grow with headcount. Credits grow with usage, mainly the amount of data you store.
Other tools use public prices as of October 19, 2026, billed annually and shown per month, excluding tax and limited-time discounts. USD prices are converted at 150 JPY per dollar. Flat-rate tools use the cheapest paid plan that fits the headcount.

People you can invite
No limit. Invite by department, by site, or the whole company at once, and the monthly fee is the same.
Roles and permissions
