SINOBI
AI finds your next task before you ask
SINOBI gathers the next things to do that AI found onto one screen. It looks over messages people are waiting on, external meetings today or tomorrow, and overdue tasks, and suggests reply drafts and meeting preparation. You decide whether to use them, and nothing moves until you click.

Things slipping through the cracks?#
Days pass before you reply
Chat and email arrive in different places, and messages you meant to answer get buried. By the time you notice, someone has waited for days.
Preparing for meetings at the last minute
You know there is an external meeting, but there is no time to review past exchanges with them, so you scramble for materials right before it starts.
Not knowing what to ask AI
Even with AI in place, people do not know what to ask it to make work easier, and the gap between users and non-users widens.
It looks over waiting messages, today's meetings, and overdue tasks#
When you open the app and four hours have passed since the last time, SINOBI takes a look. It checks unified inbox rooms marked Needs action or Awaiting reply, events on calendars connected to the unified inbox, and task boards where you are the assignee or creator.
- Suggests up to three items at a time, such as reply drafts, meeting preparation, and task status checks
- Looks only at rooms and boards you can read
- No patrol runs on days you do not open the app, so those days cost nothing
Once a week, usage numbers prompt a review#
Once a week it picks things worth revisiting from your usage numbers, such as unused skills, work you keep repeating by hand, and files left unopened for a long time. This week's suggestions and memory update suggestions, shown on the new chat screen, appear here too.
- Skills used many times in 30 days get a suggestion to turn their steps into a script
- Flags files unopened for 180 days and files with identical contents
- Suggestions dismissed here also disappear from the new chat screen
Clicking only fills in a request. You decide whether to send it#
Clicking a suggestion puts a request into the input box of a new chat. SINOBI runs nothing itself and sends no replies. You check the content and decide whether to send it.
- A suggestion dismissed with × stays away until a new message arrives in that room
- In your suggestion settings, turn off patrols, this week's suggestions, and memory update suggestions separately
- Managers and above can stop automatic processing for the whole workspace
Frequently asked questions#
Does SINOBI reply on its own?
No. Clicking a suggestion only puts a request into the input box. Nothing is sent. You decide whether to send it.
What information does it use for suggestions?
Unified inbox rooms marked Needs action or Awaiting reply, calendars connected to the unified inbox, and task boards where you are the assignee or creator. Only what you can read, and never rooms or boards where AI access is turned off.
Does it cost anything?
Writing suggestions during a patrol is charged to your usage. Patrols run only when you open the app, so days you do not open it cost nothing. Suggestions from usage numbers cost only what the chat you send costs.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. In your suggestion settings, turn off patrols, this week's suggestions, and memory update suggestions separately. Managers and above can stop automatic processing for the whole workspace.
Everyday work comes together, connects, and becomes the company's strength.
